About The Work Psychologists
We are the new vanguard… a collective of passionate, highly experienced business psychologists, business leaders, HR experts, coaches, facilitators, academics, technologists and corporate veterans.
Our backgrounds are diverse but we have come together through a single, shared ambition: to make the world of work better for everyone.
If you are interested in leadership assessment and development, coaching, high performing teams, company culture and the future of work we would love to hear from you.
The Work Psychologists have an exciting opportunity for two interns to join their growing UK team for three days a week for a fixed term of six months.
We are looking for self-motivated, insightful, forward-thinking individuals with a genuine passion for leadership psychology. We are a highly entrepreneurial and innovative organisation, always pushing boundaries and co-creating the latest evidence-based solutions to assist our clients’ future leadership challenges.
Your work with us will be varied, offering depth and breadth as you assist on projects working with individuals, teams and organisational cultures with the purpose of making the world of work better for all. You’ll be involved in multiple aspects of the business and will be mentored throughout the process, with the opportunity to lead on certain areas if you have the drive and initiative to do so. This is an opportunity to add real value and have a genuine impact to the business, working with brilliant, compassionate, insightful and inventive colleagues.
You may have just graduated and be keen to get your foot in the door in a competitive and exciting industry. Or you might be looking for an opportunity to transition into the field after some time working elsewhere.
