Elloa Phoenix Barbour

Associate Coach

  • LinkedIn - Black Circle

Elloa is a dynamic workshop facilitator, executive coach and organisational consultant who takes
a systemic and psychodynamic approach. She pays close attention to the organisation and the
person as a whole, taking a systemic and relational approach. Her coaching style is curious,
direct but non-directive, exploratory and always focused on the coachee.

She is passionate about experiential learning, company culture, resilience and all aspects of psychology and how these support or limit performance and behaviour. She loves working with
the ‘tough stuff’ with individuals, groups and organisations.

Elloa has over a decade’s experience in various business settings including corporate, start-up and self-employment, having coached leaders and helped design and deliver L&D and OD programmes in organisations large and small such as Channel 4, Experian, Aviva, Global Radio, Taylor Wimpey, Unite Students, Teenage Cancer Trust, Citizens Advice and WaterAid. She has just been awarded a Masters in Consulting and Leading in Organisations from the Tavistock and Portman Foundation in London. She also has extensive teaching experience and trained and practised as a psychotherapist; both sets of experiences underpin her approach as a coach, facilitator and consultant.

Elloa strives to create meaningful connections and to have conversations that matter in every workshop, coaching session and culture change project she engages in. Whether coaching senior leaders 1:1, facilitating workshops for small teams or to large conferences, or engaging in longer-term culture development projects, Elloa is driven by her passion to help others learn, grow and create meaningful and lasting change for the better.
