into realistic and practical steps. Maggi is an experienced executive coach. She works with up to five coaching clients at a time as she is committed to really understanding their world, their challenges and their personal vision of success. Clients value her supportive yet challenging style, her exploration of strategic and tactical issues and her exploration of personal behaviour patterns which can support or sabotage success. She uses a range of approaches to help people to untap their potential and to perform at their best.
Maggi’s work has included leading large-scale change projects, strategy development, top team facilitation, leadership development, executive assessment and coaching. Her clients include PwC, Compare the Market, Civica (a fast track 100 tech company), Oracle and Barratts Homes. She also has experience in manufacturing, retail, FMCG and engineering. Alongside her consulting work, Maggi is an advisor to a tech start-up firm and has recently published her first book, ‘Talent Liberation’, (published by Routledge).
