Debbie Hance
Business Psychologist

Debbie is a Business Psychologist with nearly thirty years’ international consulting experience, Debbie has worked across a range of sectors including financial services, professional services, central and local government, transport and logistics, blue light services, charities, manufacturing, construction and retail.  Broadly, she works in the area of talent management, but specialises in leadership development, executive assessment, identifying high potential, designing talent management frameworks, 360-degree feedback and culture.

Debbie works comfortably at all levels within organisations and enjoys supporting a diverse range of clients, helping organisations to create the optimal conditions so their people can be at their best, and helping individuals get the most from their experience of work.  With a strong professional background and identity herself, she has a particular interest in helping people to make the ‘expert to leader’ transition and has worked on a number of projects helping financial and professional services clients to engage, motivate and develop their specialist leaders.

 

Debbie is a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society, as well as an Associate Fellow within the Division of Occupational Psychology, is listed on the BPS’s Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU) and is a member of the BPS’s Special Group for Coaching Psychology. She is also a Fellow of the Association for Business Psychology (ABP) and was on the management board for seven years, serving as Company Secretary and as Chair of the External Engagement Group. Registered as a qualified Occupational Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), she holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology (Distinction) and a BA (Hons) Psychology (1st Class), and is accredited to use a wide range of psychometric tools, including Lumina Spark, Wave, OPQ and the Hogan Suite.
