Tim has dedicated himself to the field of psychotherapeutic counselling, completing a rigorous four-year training programme in Transactional Analysis (TA). This form of psychotherapy examines interactions and relationships, equipping Tim with the skills to help clients understand and improve their communication patterns and interpersonal dynamics. In addition to his foundation in TA, Tim has pursued further training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), enabling him to assist clients in identifying and altering negative thought patterns. This allows him to support individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. His therapeutic repertoire is further enhanced by his training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a therapeutic approach that helps clients understand and harmonise the different 'parts' of their personality. This method promotes self-awareness and healing, enabling clients to achieve greater emotional balance.

Following his success at Time Out, Tim took on the role of CEO at the Royal Academy of Dance, where he championed the organisation's mission to promote dance education and appreciation worldwide.
