Steve is a portfolio worker, which includes being a business owner, a strategic HR consultant, a leadership trainer and coach, a speaker, an advisor and Board Member of an Association with over twenty years’ experience working to improve people and organisations. He has experience of advising and implementing projects from the board level down with a strong strategic international bias. 

He specialises primarily in leadership and communication, helping leaders at all levels unlock challenging situations by connecting theory to practical application at work. His range of responsibilities has encompassed merger integration, strategy planning, leadership development, executive assessment, performance management, recruitment, executive coaching, organisation development, corporate social responsibility and research.

He has worked on all five continents and with people from over 50 different countries. He has strong presentation and communication skills, is adaptable, creative, a quick learner, and ‘the one who stays calm in a crisis’.

Steve began his career in market research at Research International, working on projects for multinationals such as Volvo and Shell. He then specialized in learning and development, providing market research specific, IT, and management training, as well as leading the way in creating a centralised L&D strategy and operation for the company.
