Steve is a seasoned business psychologist and leadership consultant with over 25 years’ experience helping leaders and organisations deliver measurable business results. He works across five continents, specialising in communication, decision-making, and leadership practices that drive impact.

Calm, pragmatic, and business-focused, Steve translates psychology and research into practical solutions. He has guided leaders and teams through strategy shifts, executive assessments, merger integrations, culture change, and leadership capability building.

Steve designs and delivers leadership programmes that sharpen communication and influence, equipping leaders to speak with clarity, inspire confidence, and achieve results that matter. Beyond consulting and coaching, he has proven business acumen — co-founding two successful ventures (global assessment solutions and leadership development) and serving as Chair of the Association for Business Psychology, steering it through growth and innovation.

A Fellow of both the Association for Business Psychology and the CIPD, he is also a Certified Business Coaching Psychologist with over 1,000 hours of executive coaching experience.
