Executive Coach
Nina is an executive coach and facilitator, with extensive experience helping senior executives and teams navigate complexity. She focuses on supporting business leaders as they grow and develop their leadership capacity as well as manage team dynamics, challenges and anxieties that emerge in times of change.

Advising business leaders through periods of acute pressure and change has fueled her passion for supporting individuals manage themselves and their teams, particularly in times of increasing uncertainty. Clients have included CEOs of publicly listed companies who wanted to think about their leadership position and their legacy. She also works extensively with top and mid-level executives going through transitions – from preparing for promotion and making the subsequent adjustments as they become more senior in the organization, to changing role, team or job, moving country, or changes to their personal situation and the impact this can have on their career.

Nina works with clients on six to twelve month coaching programmes. Her approach to coaching is grounded in neuroscience and coaching psychology, helping clients to reflect on their motivations and behaviour, while helping them challenge their own assumptions and internal narratives. Nina strives to create a genuine, psychologically safe connection with her clients to facilitate a deeper exploratory discussion and create meaningful change. Her coaching clients have described her style as supportive, empathetic, cathartic and thought-provoking.

Nina’s coaching is built on 20 years of professional experience as an investment banker and communications advisor, working closely with senior leaders and financial market advisors, supporting and counselling them through corporate critical moments, focusing on their ongoing communications with their different stakeholders. She has experience advising on US$50bn+ transactions across Europe and Asia through M&A, agreed and hostile takeovers, IPOs and equity raisings. She has supported a variety of clients in different sectors, with sector expertise in Natural Resources and Financial Institutions.

Nina holds a Master degree in Change from INSEAD and a BSc Econ in Politics with French and German. She continually expands her knowledge in Group Relations from a systems psychodynamic perspective, with her Master thesis exploring the psychological aspects of professional women’s career decisions upon becoming a mother.
