MAURICE DOYLE

​Executive Coach and Leadership Advisor

Maurice Doyle is a coach, mentor, business advisor, Chair and Non-Executive Director with a career spent helping

leaders, teams and premium consumer businesses grow with clarity, confidence and consistency.

He is the founder of Generous Spirits Ltd, where he supports Founders, CEOs, C-suite leaders and leadership

teams as they navigate growth, complexity, transition and change. His work combines leadership coaching,

mentoring, strategic advisory and practical business experience, helping leaders create the conditions for stronger

performance without losing sight of values, culture or brand soul. He also provides advisory services to companies

to successfully scale their brand(s)/business.

Maurice brings deep experience from senior executive and board roles across global premium beverage businesses,

including CEO of Compass Box Whisky, President of Incubation Brands and Global Commercial Development at

Bacardi, COO Africa, Middle East and Caribbean at Suntory Beverage & Food, and CMO at William Grant & Sons.

He is currently Chair of Cotswolds Distilling Company and a Non-Executive Director of Santa Teresa rum.

He holds a MA in Economic & Social Studies (First Class Honours) from Trinity College, University of Dublin. He

completed a Leadership/Strategy Programme in Harvard Business School and in Darden Business School, University

of Virginia. He was made a Fellow of the Marketing Society in 2004. He writes and speaks at events, especially on

growing and scaling premium businesses. He is a mentor with OurWhisky Foundation, designed to increase diversity

in the whisky industry.

Maurice is an Irish national, currently living in London with his wife Sally. They have three sons.
