Elena DiGiovanni
Executive Coach & Leadership Consultant

Elena is an executive coach who brings a rare combination of deep commercial experience and rigorous psychological grounding to her work with senior leaders and executives across financial services, private equity, and professional services.

With a Northwestern University Kellogg M.B.A. and a decade in finance and strategy  including investing, equity research, and management consulting at L.E.K.   she understands the environments her clients operate in from the inside and the particular pressures that come with high-stakes, high-performance cultures.

Elena is an International Coaching Federation accredited coach, trained at Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. Rooted in attachment theory, the psychology of how we respond under stress, her coaching centres on how leaders perform and influence others in the moments that matter most: conflict, difficult conversations, complexity, change, power dynamics, and building trust.

Elena is a certified practitioner of the iEQ9 Enneagram and WE-I Profile, a distinctive tool that relies on data captured during real moments of relational activation to measure how the nervous system actually responds under stress rather than how a person believes or hopes it does. Her work makes the invisible visible  but self-awareness alone is not enough. Transformation also requires new capacity. Drawing on adult learning theory, she builds the skills leaders need to respond differently in the moments that have historically limited them.

The result is leaders who exercise sharper judgment, build higher-performing teams, and create the conditions of trust that deepen influence and drive exceptional results.
