Dexter Winters is a Business Psychologist (MSc, BSc) with a passion for helping leaders, teams, and organizations perform at their best. He’s spent his career working with some of the world’s biggest companies - from Fortune 500 firms to major global brands - helping them develop leaders, shape culture, and drive performance. He’s worked at top consultancies like Talogy, SHL, EY-Lane4, and Korn Ferry, leading high-impact leadership and assessment programmes. With a strong background in psychometrics and data, he previously led EY-Lane4’s assessment practice, ensuring organizations make smarter decisions about talent and leadership.

Now a Partner at The Thinkstitute, he leads the AI Adoption Practice, making AI practical, human, and accessible for businesses. His mission is to help leaders feel confident using AI—not overwhelmed by it. Through hands-on, real-world applications, he helps organizations bring AI into daily work in a way that saves time, improves quality, and makes work more rewarding. A partnership with a major professional services firm recently saw consultants saving 4 hours a week, increasing work quality by 30%, and feeling more engaged with their roles—all thanks to Thinkstitute’s AI Fusion Programme.

A Board Member of the Association for Business Psychology, he is also Chair of the 2024 and 2025 ABP Conferences and a regular speaker at major industry events, shaping conversations on AI, leadership, and the future of work.
