Dr Claire Hepworth is an HCPC Accredited and Chartered Clinical Psychologist (CPsychol, DClinPsy), Coaching Psychologist (l\HSCP) and Systemic Team Coach with a MSc in Health Psychology and a PhD in Psychology before completing her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Kings College London. Dr Hepworth has twenty years of experience in psychology research and practice and has leadership experience in NHS services, private practice and the education sector. Claire has provided consultacion. assessment and psychological therapy. to individuals and organisations and supervision, and coaching to professionals. She has provided training and consultation for organizations to consider their wellbeing pathways and policies, set up networks co build safe communication, managing high levels of conflict, to mitigate against burnout and compassion fatigue and support staff to work with complex needs and manage vicarious trauma. Claire has significant experience of strategic development; including establishing rapid access referral pathways, developing protocols and policies in chc NHS and education sector.
