Clare Reynolds MSc

Associate

Clare combines a decade of experience as a national TV journalist with her training as a business psychologist and leadership coach. She has extensive experience coaching teams and individuals in all sorts of organisations, from professional services and pharmaceutical companies, to the public sector and charities.

As a coach, she works with C-suite, senior leaders and middle managers, helping them operate more effectively and achieve their goals. But she also goes much deeper - using her Psychology expertise to truly understand what’s going on for a client, and helping them achieve more lasting change.

She’s trained as a Neuro-diverse coach, and helps talented people with dyslexia, dyspraxia, ASD and ADHD achieve more in the workplace.

She also has considerable consulting experience. At change consultancy Daggerwing, she worked on change management, organisational transformation and employee engagement projects for a range of global clients, such as Pfizer, Roche and British Airways.

Before retraining as a Psychologist, Clare worked for ten years at the BBC and ITN, writing and producing their daily news programmes. It taught her what great communication looks like, and how to engage an audience.

In her work she helps people:

• Build self-confidence

Increase their self-awareness

Identify the root causes of performance and behavioural issues

Address issues such as stress, anxiety and burnout

Communicate with impact and authenticity

Write and deliver speeches and presentations

Develop strong relationships

Engage their employees through periods of change

Clare has an MA from Oxford, an MSc in Occupational Psychology (Birkbeck) and is a BPS certified Psychometric test user (Cognitive Ability and Personality questionnaires).
