Anton has consulted widely with large and complex organisations since the mid-‘80s on strategy formulation, identifying future leadership and talent and in organisational development.  More latterly his focus shifted to enhancing the impact and effectiveness of HR Functions. He has also coached Senior executives and HR leaders across a wide range of business sectors.

As an ‘AI Educator’ he regularly chairs and speaks at conferences on the impact of AI and ML technologies on organisations and on the people who work in them. He has researched best practice in the adoption of AI and runs in-company workshops to inform and galvanise the strategic conversations business need to conduct now as they plan for the adoption of AI, ML and robotics.

 

Having set up a run a number of consulting firms he now uses that experience as a business advisor
to start-ups in the HR tech and professional services sectors, and to charities in his pro bono activities as a trustee.
