Anne Marie is an experienced business psychologist and EMCC Senior Practitioner Coach, with extensive expertise in facilitating and coaching individuals and teams across the public and private sectors. She has worked widely within the NHS and has a proven track record of helping leaders and organisations achieve meaningful, sustainable change.

Known for her warm, inclusive style, Anne Marie has a natural ability to connect with senior leaders, inspire confidence, and unlock potential. She is passionate about leadership and team development, supporting people to build stronger relationships that deliver better outcomes for everyone. She regularly designs and delivers innovative leadership and team interventions using Lumina Spark and a range of specialist tools.

Her consulting career began at BT Syntegra, where she spent 12 years in the People and Change team, supporting IT-led transformation across Local Government, Health, Finance, and Telecommunications. Here, she focused on enabling Programme Managers to drive successful, people-focused change. Anne Marie later became a partner at Lumina Learning, where she continues to be a leading faculty member, training others in the use of Lumina’s psychometrics to build high-performing teams.
